Help Wanted: Pro Life Individuals

We have employment opportunities available for substitute positions.

The ideal candidate would be reliable, cheerful, life-affirming, energetic, a role model of moral character, and willing to work effectively with a variety of clergy and volunteers of various denominations, as well as networking with a variety of social agencies, charitable organizations, and be able to work closely, coordinate efforts with, and follow directions and guidelines specified by the Home’s Board of Directors and House Mom. Occasional overnights may be necessary and a valid diver’s license is required.

Duties may include:

• being a beacon of hope and a role model to new mothers aged 18 & older
• purchasing groceries and meal planning
• routine housekeeping duties
• assisting residents in keeping necessary appointments
• following duty rosters for residents
• scheduling and encouraging activities to help improve the quality of life and the outlook for the future
• being the first line of authority and aid for our residents during your shift

Volunteers Are Needed:

Are you someone who is willing to volunteer a few hours of your precious time to befriend, encourage and spend time with our girls? Perhaps you have a craft or talent that you can share with them, like knitting or scrap booking. You could plan a picnic or an afternoon outing at the mall.

Churches You Can Help:

• take a local mission trip to Utica for co-op groceries at Compassion Coalition
• adopt a room and remodel it
• purchase specific needs for the house
• monthly financial support
• prayer coverage
